How it works

• Choose a style and your options. Pick a ring, then your metal, stone type (natural diamond, lab-grown diamond, or a colored gem on request), shape, carat and ring size.
• Get your exact price. We quote the complete ring and reply within 2 business days.
• We confirm your exact stone and send an invoice. A price request is not a purchase. A sale is made only when we confirm the exact stone and you pay our invoice.
• We make your ring. Delivery is about 3 to 4 weeks after we confirm your order. We ship within the United States and Canada.
• Resize or return if you need to. One free resize per ring, and free returns within 90 days of delivery.

How we price your ring

We do not list prices on ring pages. Every ring is made to order with a center stone chosen with you, so we quote the complete ring once you pick your options. Send the form on any ring page and we reply within 2 business days.

Three things move the price. Metal: platinum costs more to work with than gold. Design: pave, halo and three-stone settings use more labor and more small diamonds than a plain solitaire. Center stone: its shape, its carat, and whether it is natural or lab-grown.
