Offers and orders

Your price request is not a purchase. We check that the stone and setting you chose are available and reply with a quote within 2 business days. A sale is made only when we confirm the exact stone and you pay our invoice. We do not list prices on the site. Each ring is quoted after you send a request.

How we use the details you send us is explained in our Privacy policy.

Payment

Once we confirm your order we send you an invoice through Stripe. Your order is confirmed, and we begin making your ring, once that invoice is paid. Stripe processes your payment directly; we do not see or store your full card details.

Made to order

Each ring is made for you after we confirm your order. Delivery is about 3 to 4 weeks after we confirm your order, within the United States and Canada.

If something is unavailable

If the stone or setting you chose becomes unavailable before we confirm your order, we will contact you with the closest available option or let you know it cannot be filled. Nothing is charged until we confirm your order and you pay the invoice.

Returns and resizing

Returns are free within 90 days of delivery, in the same condition you received the ring. One free resize per ring. We pay the shipping. Refunds go to the original payment method once we receive the ring and confirm it is in good condition. See the returns page.

Seller

RingsDeals is a seller and earns money when you buy. RingsDeals is operated under Rings.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any dispute is resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
