What we collect
When you send an offer or ask for a price we collect: your name, email and phone number (if you give it); the ring, metal, stone type, shape, carat and ring size you chose; your budget and note if you give them; the page you were on and any campaign tags in its address; and your IP address, used only to limit spam.
Why
To reply to you, quote your ring, invoice you if we agree a price, and make and ship your ring. We do not use your details for a newsletter unless you ask us to.
Who handles it
We use Supabase to store this information and to run the servers behind our offer form, and our email delivery provider to send you a reply and to notify us of your offer. If you pay an invoice, Stripe processes that payment directly; we do not see or store your full card details.
Cookies and tracking
Our pages load a small number of third-party scripts: Google tags (Google Ads and Google Analytics) and a Meta (Facebook) pixel, which help us see how visitors reach the site and whether an ad led to an order, and OptiMonk, which can show on-site messages such as a popup. These set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser whether or not you send us an offer. You can block or delete them in your browser's settings, and opt out of ad personalization through Google's and Meta's own account settings.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information. Write to legal@ringsdeals.com. We keep your information as long as needed to respond to your offer or ship your order, or until you ask us to delete it.
